Ball mills are used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, glass and ceramics and other production industries. They have the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, large crushing ratio (up to 300 or more), and large production capacity, and can meet the needs of modern large-scale industrial production.
The ball mill can wet or dry grind ores and other materials, such as gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, quartz, calcite, feldspar and more than 200 kinds of ore materials. The output particle size can be adjusted within 0.075-0.4mm. It has the characteristics of high grinding efficiency, fine particle size, strong adaptability and large output.
Ball mill are suitable for using many types of grinding media, as ball mill mainly use steel balls, rod mill use steel rods, and ceramic ball mill are lined with ceramic materials.
